\n May Julia be happy and bright<\/em>
\n From this morning to this night<\/em>
\n Let her happiness last all year through<\/em>
\n With all the things in her heart<\/em>
\n That are meaningful and true<\/em><\/p>\n
\n As there is nothing better<\/em>
\n Than your little girls love<\/em>
\n Which should always be treasured<\/em>
\n Now<\/em>
\n And forever<\/em><\/p>\n
\nAnd a poem from a man she knows,<\/em>
\n her father, who loves her so.<\/em>
\n Every word of this is true,<\/em>
\n and so I cast them,<\/em>
\n from me, to you.<\/em>
\n ~<\/em>
\n Julia, who so seldom cries,<\/em>
\n thoughts within her heart, she hides.<\/em>
\n Shows the world her pretty, smiling face<\/em>
\n and to her family, has never brought disgrace.<\/em>
\n She can’t abide unnecessary silk, and lace,<\/em>
\n embraces Buddha in her dreams,<\/em>
