If you stay, you&#8217;ll find my thoughts, <em><strong>phrased in my own words<\/strong><\/em>. Very occasionally I&#8217;ll quote others, more often my own books &#8211; after all, marketing <strong>Malmaxa<\/strong> was my principle motivation for tweeting, though that may change.\u00a0 Everything comes at a price &#8211; mine, is words you may often dislike.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve chosen to remain, my sympathy &#8211; no place is this, for the faint of heart&#8230; nor those with minds set, and unchangeable.<br \/>\nLack time for verbiage?\u00a0 No problem, either leave now, or <a title=\"the murmurs, of a muse? amused murmurs? you be the judge\" href=\"https:\/\/cgayling.com\/malmaxa\/t\/\">jump straight to my favorite tweets<\/a>, there to judge me worthy as a fellow to follow, or not &#8211; after all that&#8217;s why we&#8217;re all here {I think}.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Who, and what am I, at least to Tweeters?<\/strong><br \/>\nA teller, of twisted truths, as I see them.<br \/>\nA caster of complexity, my net&#8230; words, ripped from my heart.<br \/>\nA social media newbie, entirely unmotivated to change that irrelevant aspect of existence.<br \/>\nA contrary, thorny old man, as my avatar depicts.<br \/>\nDifficult to tolerate, till you realize I&#8217;m not arguing against you, but <strong><em>with<\/em><\/strong> you.<br \/>\nAn enjoyer of thinking, and of reading the results of other&#8217;s ramblings, and responding.<br \/>\nA lover of lyrical words, striving always to accomplish such, and failing, too often.<br \/>\nHonesty, hidden within deliberately deceptive words.<br \/>\nA frequent laugher.<br \/>\nA youthful soul, trapped in age.<br \/>\nA detester of no one more than myself {though some come awfully close}.<br \/>\nA turner, of contradiction in phrase.<br \/>\nA seeker of like {and unlike} minded people, with revealing, contrary comments to share.<br \/>\nA name, borrowed from an honorable man, now immortal in my heart.<br \/>\nThe creator of a broken genre\u2026 <em>philosophy, couched as fantasy<\/em>, look elsewhere within my blog for tracks to trails leading to my {unique?} form of metaphor, or not.<br \/>\nFather of four, husband of one, favorite middle child of seven, brother to four, grandfather of one {but hoping}, lover of one&#8230; and of many minds.<br \/>\nA Dreamer.<br \/>\nA troubled Soul with thoughts to spare, and to share.<br \/>\nNot normal, though I appear so \u2013 to those I do not know.<br \/>\nA Gemini, wrapped in its guise of three.<br \/>\nA negative, keep your hands off my half-full glass, type of guy.<br \/>\nA malcontent, seldom satisfied with my utterances.<br \/>\nAn author, aspiring, perspiring, and very very trying.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What am I doing on Twitter, and <em>why<\/em> am I bothering you?<\/strong><br \/>\nEasy, is the truth? Of course&#8230;<br \/>\nI seek an audience who might be as touched by my writings, as am I for penning them.<br \/>\nAn audience, who\u2019ll listen to things I\u2019m still to say &#8211; and have insights of their own to share \u2013 <em>dare I hope, that might be you<\/em>?<\/li>\n<li><strong>What&#8217;s up with the weird avatar?<\/strong><br \/>\nMy tagline used to contain the words &#8220;a thorny old man&#8221;, thus my pictorial depiction is a representation of what my &#8220;<em>mark<\/em>&#8221; might be {in my series, <a title=\"read it here, do it now, don't delay, succumb to my will you will, or will you?\" href=\"https:\/\/cgayling.com\/malmaxa\/samples\/\">Malmaxa<\/a>} &#8211; assuming I had a role in that tale, which I don&#8217;t.\u00a0 The symbol visualizes the thorns of the Segattoo, which are used by Symbologists to etch the marks of family within the Souls of the Seizen. Though I&#8217;m no graphic artist, I&#8217;m proud of my effort &#8211; here it is, slightly larger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cgayling.com\/malmaxa\/2012\/10\/twitter-whofor-art-i\/all-thorns-640x640\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-634\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-634\" title=\"The mark, of a thorny old man...\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cgayling.com\/malmaxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/All-Thorns-640x640.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nFor the tolerant few who&#8217;ve reached this far, a reward &#8211; a vision of loveliness, <a title=\"Early Cover \u2013 Malmaxa I.\" href=\"https:\/\/cgayling.com\/malmaxa\/2011\/06\/early-cover-malmaxa-i\/\">adorned, with her heritage<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What made me choose you, or vice-a-verse?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you chose me, my thanks! Rest assured that once you reveal yourself with words, I might follow you, and thus will our circle begin.<br \/>\nIf I chose you, well&#8230;<br \/>\nI cheated, finding you in a multitude of tricky manners.\u00a0 Perhaps associated with someone I know.\u00a0 After reading your bio I either turned away, or aimed my mouse and clicked its trigger.
