Puzzled by this lapse in judgment from a child well versed in math, I frowned and responded, \u201cAhhhh… no, you get to ride in the back.\u201d<\/p>\n
Julia shot me a disbelieving look, her brow imitating mine.<\/p>\n
I explained, \u201cMom\u2019s driving, I\u2019m in the front, and you\u2019re also in the front \u2013 what’s wrong with that equation?\u201d<\/p>\n
A smile crept onto Julia\u2019s lips, as part of her school credit she had been forced to watch the Presidential Debacle on TV. \u00a0\u00a0Eyes twinkly, she quipped \u201cNothing dad, in Gromney Math it makes perfect sense.\u201d<\/p>\n
After laughing, I shook my head and said \u201cGromney math be damned, you\u2019re riding in the back!\u201d<\/p>\n
