I believe our need of acceptance, approval, and love is coded to overwhelm, and it often does.

The more significant the truth appears to be, the less definite it is.

I am a man, the wind blows, a clear sky is blue, divinity dwells within, there is more than life, I have a soul, I am…

    If I said you had a beautiful mind, would you pose it against mine… {http://www.metrolyrics.com/if-i-said-you-had-a-beautiful-body-lyrics-bellamy-brothers.html …}

In real life there is no replay, we either get it right, or we get it wrong.

Life comes, and then it’s gone, yet words… they remain, so in a another way authors trade life for a sort of immortality.

Some pictures really do speak to us, what makes this strange is how they cannot talk.

I look at my Twitter interactions and what do I see, the same as I do in real life, people talking about other people, talking about them…

Writers must write, and yes, like most people sometimes we have to fake it.

Me: The person I lose when I pretend to be someone I am not.

The source of all rivers is the sky.

Sickly clouds, skittering across a sullen, polluted sky, what do we do to our water, and our world.

Tread softly, lest our footprints sink too deep.

Peace of mind comes from believing you’ve done the right thing.

Truth, so simple a word for so difficult a deed.

In a world where good news is so rare, when one finds it, one shares.

All too often it seems the saying should really be, “man’s inhumanity, to woman.”

Your truth need not be another person’s lie.

The measure of wisdom is not knowledge, it is understanding.

Many authors rely on characters rendered incredible by status, wealth, or unbelievable talent – why, when the most ordinary are incredible?

The only type of person I have never met, is one who is not unique.

There are always words, finding the right ones is where the challenge lies.

    No more “the haves and the have nots”, but “the haves and the you shall not haves.” {Might this be when the world went wrong?}

There is no such thing as “traditional American values”, the USA is a cultural melting pot, not a one pot kitchen that only cooks cabbage.

Judge? We must, but we need to understand what we’re judging, and why. http://bit.ly/CGApJud

Might the test of true wisdom be when we apply it to ourself, as readily as we do to others.

Opinions stated as fact, do not become fact.

Conception Birth Life & Death are our reality, our reality is not opinion, it is our fact, all outside of reality is opinion.

Repetition and rote might result in knowledge, but only understanding leads to wisdom.

Simply because we say it, does not make it so.

While justice can never be bought, injustice is too frequently sold.

Punish the victims instead of the perpetrators. @YahooNews Clear evidence that superficial wisdom is as popular as it’s ever been.

Abuse doesn’t happen to “them”, it happens to each of “us”.

Man’s inhumanity to man, is hard to understand, but his inhumanity to children… is unforgivable.

Let every day be the day you ask Why?

Is who we are as important as we think? Does who we appear to be matter as much as who we think we are? Do thoughts without deeds matter?

All thoughts in themselves are deeds.

I think “Why?” is the question of the young, while “Why not?” is the question of the adolescent.

Those who follow you are as important as those you follow. Can’t converse with someone who isn’t listening.

We lie atop the sacrificial slab, and with our quill our heart we stab, our words upon our flesh we scribe, in hope they free another soul.

The goal of every word we write, to free another from our plight, the truths we see, for which we’ll fight, and from darkness, drag to light
