Some dreams are meant to be shared, others… not so much.

How can we forgive ourselves for the things we never did, for the words we never said, and worse still, for the thoughts we never shared.

Was I to have a single thought for you, it would be love. Love, unconditional and kind, love, pure and true. Love , it’s what I offer to you

So… would you rather live in a bad place, with good people, or in a good place, with bad people?

Does the way we lean depend upon the direction of prevailing thought?

When I understand how a deity would need to tax its creations, then might I understand religion.

In our dreams. In reality,I fear we’ll never be, but with diligence our children might regain the freedom we squandered.

Although I like your poem I feel the sentiment is flawed, no-one I know is given anything, every penny they have, they earn.

A penny held has no value, how sad it is that a penny spent has little more.

Today I earn far more than I ever did before, yet to spend… I have far less. ~ Though I squander not a dime, my debt does not decline.

Why do I love Twitter so? Because this is the only place I never need to lie.

Is happiness a state of mind or a state of being?

Humor comes in many flavors, one of my personal favorites is shock.

There are few easy answers, what is for me isn’t necessarily for you.

I’ve never understood peoples’ fascination with fame, the only person I’ve ever wanted to be is me.

Me: the one I hate the most and love the least.

Are we to blame for who we are, cause if we aren’t, I’d sure like to know who is.

Children are as malleable as unfired clay though we mold them as we may, when they age into their true form are they reborn.

There is only one thing that all humanity holds in common, each of us is unique.

Infinity: So easy to understand if you can grasp a simple concept, love given to one person is not taken from another.

The wildest we will ever be, is when we know we’re truly free.

Theories describe thoughts, and facts describe actualities, but what describes the inexplicable fact of life?

The problem with the voice of god is how it’s only heard by other people’s ears.

Long drives provide fertile grounds for dire thoughts.

Never thought I’d see a vampire hammering nails into its own coffin, no wait… it’s just the republican party, and the government shutdown.

Unintentional insults aren’t insults at all.

Sometimes the little messages matter the most…

Goals: All important, but only until reached.

Sex might not make the world go round, but it sure can make your head spin.

A mind is like a flower, it only blossoms when it opens.

Did I hear it, before I said it? Did I read it, before I thought it? Did I dream it, before I did it?

The problem with politicians is that they all have an agenda.

Shame: Turning our attention from looming tragedy to ease our discomfort. People are dying horribly, and we’d rather not know?

The only balance I can offer is placing my words on the scales of injustice. They may have weight, but it is insufficient alone.

Hope has no place in a world where indifferent silence rules.

The “ABC” of “Unlimited”: Access, Bribery, and Corruption. http://unlimitedcorruption.com Now, or never – it’s no cliché.

Love begins in chaos, seeks order, and hopefully never succumbs to entropy.

Within pain can be pleasure, the difficulty is to not mistake pain for pleasure.

Do we fear change more than we fear pain?

So many clever reasons, to do so many foolish things…

One of the few things faster than thought is a fool’s tongue.

I really enjoy stating the obvious, in ways other than the obvious. #iam

The subtleties of distinction, they define the line upon which we tread, and balance.

eBooks: Electronic words are the wave of the future, but they’re still judged by their covers…

“…predictably unpredictable…” aka Chaos theory, normalized.

Practice: So much better than execution.

How measure you success? By numbers on a paycheck, by wealth accrued and stored, or by lives bettered by your deeds?

My son asked a question more complex than it seems “What is nothing?” I said “No one in the world will know.” I’d like to be proven wrong.

War is other peoples’ business, and those “people” are parasites.

We all are one, and yet we are also unique. The universe is, and everything within it is as well. Contradictory? No.

What I like to do on my breaks appears between these quotes, “”.

What is instinct anyway, a vibe, a pheromone of fear? What it is matters not as much as that you heed it.

Where look the wise, to their feet, or to the skies? Seek heaven everywhere, in the earth, and in the air.

Encouraging words are the energy gems writers use to replace their karmic debt.

Writing grants us insights into our own humanity, insights we’d most likely never see, were we not writing.

The way I look at unfollowing is this – if they aren’t willing to hear what I say, I’m not willing to listen to them.

While wounds may leave scars of the flesh, they’re a catalyst to growth of the soul.

Why is it that things you learn in confidence seldom improve your confidence?

Good days, but far better nights.

We place our feet upon our path, and look ahead to see, that, that is where we long to be.

Insight: Seeing that which lies within.

If writing is the game, perhaps doing is the goal.

“Freedom of Speech” has become too costly to employ. #sad

We’re free to say whatever we think, as long as it’s what others like to hear. “any colour that he wants so long as it is black” Henry Ford

Art: Our beating heart upon the bench we lay, then wait, will our unseen spectators strike, or will their blades, they stay.

Paper serves as canvas, pen, as brush, for paint, our tear thinned blood, and as for any other artist, our easel, is our heart.

Shame: That we would turn away, lest we might see that for which we long.

    What purpose life, without love.

Struck to ground, the only view, hobnail boots, aimed at you.

What does misery love, solitude more than company, least that is the way it is, for me.

Better to fill one’s life with glee, than a misery boots to be.

Thoughts unspoken require no retraction, but deeds cannot be undone, and words cannot be withdrawn.

As good is never perfectly pure, evil is never completely corrupt. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0054RFWU2

History is a soulless past, while our conscience shows a brighter future.

Speaking of the 2nd amendment, my son’s history book says “people in the militia have the right to bear arms”. Thus, are rights stolen.

History is more about happenings than the people who made them happen.

Even the greatest people, the true revolutionaries, are remembered for their words and deeds, more than for themselves.

A promise – I am not on your side, and nor should you be on mine – rather than side with your friends, side with what you believe is right.

Why do we so revere recycled words, do we doubt our own truths?

Those who stand alone are doomed to fall.

    Individuality, it’s who we are.

    Writing is the start, the end is to live our words. {I am far from there.}

Offer understanding, not ultimatums. … I’ve always treated my kids as fully functioning adult minds. They teach me a lot.

    Nobody is normal, nobody.

Trust your kids, if you can’t trust them, how can you expect them to trust you. {Yes, they’ll let you down, as will you they.)

If everyone refused to pick sides, all conflicts would collapse.

Those who learn gain wisdom, while the only gain of those who are taught, is knowledge.

Misunderstanding: Often as much fun as understanding.

History highlights atrocity committed by the vanquished, while on the atrocities perpetrated upon them it casts a shadow of silence.
